Rivnut gun works fine.
But, you need to package items better. The clear case had one hinge broken off. You need to observe how your parcels are handled by courier's. I used to watch them from my upstairs office. A curtain sided truck would park in the car park across the road, and the courier vans would park around him. He would then throw each parcel to the appropriate courier to catch and put in his van for delivery. Sometimes the courier would miss and drop the parcel on the ground. Therefore I suggest that you package stuff to withstand a drop of about 3 metres.
