Our dog pen parcel arrived with one very damaged panel. I emailed pactec who informed me that I had to send it back, paying myself. I replied to query this and have not heard from them since. I have emailed and called many times and nothing. Very disappointed.
Why are the hinges rusting after 2 days.. should be high quality stainless steel for the price
The fencing looks great going to put it up at our holiday place and looks like it will be ideal for our small dog.

Hi I ordered the wrong thing I thought I was ordering the stamp .Not the stencil and powder so I tried it but powder went everywhere when I took the stencil away.

This replaced an ancient plastic case that had fallen to bits. The clarinet fits fine, it's much lighter and easier to carry.
