I am somewhat frustrated to find that I have been sent TWO incorrect batteries for my Dyson DC35 Vacuum cleaner despite sending a picture of the one I want. So today I will send back the second battery that does not fit my cleaner. I will abandon the purchase and ask for a full refund. (Unfortunately this will not cover the 2 x $9 NZ post freight charges for returning the batteries) I have tried to communicate by phone, but my calls were never answered, nor could I leave a message.
