My mother ordered this egg chair before Christmas for my daughter for Christmas! It was delivered to the wrong address,then we were expected to pick it up from the wrong address, when we put it together we realised it was a faulty item,bits of the weaven wires sticking out an where it has the hook to attach to hang the chair does not look or feel secure,very poorly made an the service is absolutely appalling. I've let the company know an have sent photos of the condition of the egg chair tp support my complaints but they are making it customers responsibility to deliver the egg chair back to them for an inspection because they say they have never had any issues with there chairs before. The worst customer service ever!!!!!! I'm still in process of getting a refund. But please be aware when you order on egg chair on this site, your experience may not be great!
